This would be awesome but I don’t think it is even necessary. All the finance jobs are moving to TX and South Florida anyway.

Maybe look at the cities that are affordable and see what they're doing?

Revenge and envy. Same thing that motivates every leftist you know.
They all think this is great.

That's why our founding fathers didn't allow women to vote.

So the under supported white people will finally get their turn of equal rights? They are the minority in nyc

Nowhere is really affordable anymore... unless it's somewhere that people aren't falling all over themselves to be.

There is no such thing as " equity " in America. He who puts the most in and works the hardest reaps the rewards. Those with their hand out should reap nothing

Really? NYC has more housing laws than anywhere else in tUSA.
Maybe...and hear me out here...but just maybe, shite is unaffordable because you dipshites in government keep thinking you can somehow fix it.
That's the truth of the matter.
Visited my daughter in NC and they were building a house on a lot behind hers. Brother-in-law was a developer/contractor and he said it would take them a little over a month from start to finish.
NYC, that would take many months no matter what. Time is money.

Dallas is going to be NYC of the south with their liberal policies and muzzie appeasement strategies. Maybe, anywhere else?

It's funny watching marxists wake up to the fact they'll be chucked in the slave labor mines like everyone else.

Your 2028 Democrat dark horse for president ladies and gentleman.

Around 10 percent of NYC is mixed race, and that's probably too low.
How do you have something as stupid as "racial equity" with millions of people of multiple races?

(Not you, not shooting the messenger)
Well, why did y'all vote for the fricker then?
Stupid fricks, FAFO.
