Well if I'm expecting immigrants escaping oppression to obey our immigration laws then I too should follow the law and wear a mask. Romans 13:1-2 tells me so.

There is no law and can never be a law requiring you to wear a mask. There are only psychotic megalomaniacs drunk on power passing "orders."

i am not using emotion, your argument is. There is no proof that random masks and cloth used for a mask can trap this virus. It is an emotional feel good move to mandate masks, because feels.
It would be equally as stupid to mandate the hypothetical extra underwear.
