Reading a lot of Roman history the last year or so and came upon Elagabalus, one of many depraved Roman rulers. But this one was pretty serious about wanting to be a girl. I'll link one article below but the gist of the story is simple:
He wanted to be a girl so he had his testicles cut off. Looked for a surgeon who could replace it with a pussy. But, alas, he failed.
Very sad.

Our History

Mental illness has existed since humans have lived.

Then you should also know this they fell shortly after they started being gay and what not.

As southpark explained, one way to destroy your future is just be gay:

Are women who slice open their chest and put petroleum chemical or saline bags in their chest considered mentally ill?

And then those bags get encapsulated and have to be dragged out of their body?

Because that seems the same as lopping off your junk.

Man has always been depraved and the Bible says there is nothing new under the sun. The difference is, even when the gay or depraved Romans went outside his marriage to do his freak things, he still understood the importance of having a wife and family.
The modern leftists party thinks the entire concept of the nuclear family must go.
There is a scene in Goodfellow’s and the main character wants to leave his wife for his mistress, and the other mobsters tells him he had to go back to his wife.
Even the mafia knew we need families.

I agree both are stupid. But one is trying to be something you can never be. And the other is like a extreme example of trying to be more attractive... like combing your hair but more extreme.

No. They are just vane.

An enhancement sounds the same as a complete removal with a change to the opposite sex's body parts? Interesting.

Wait why isn't someone changing their physical appearance trying to be something they'll never be? Mind explaining the exact ways in which you completely ignore logic to come to this conclusion?

He was a proxy ruler for his military general boyfriend. IIRC, 'his' rule didn't last long, nor end well.

ETA: I think this was also the one who carried a large stone around town to symbolize the burden of rule or something like that. Kind of like flagellation.

Are you implying that changing your hairstyle is analogous to having sexual reassignment surgery?

Well they are certainly vain and that can be a mental illness…. But they still don’t think they are men…

Yeah, that was great. He held up a totally unshaped random stone and said 'This is the new God! I am his priest!'

IMO, to a degree, yes. Anyone who looks at their body and feels the compulsion to undergo extreme measures to change it has a mental flaw. Some to a lesser degree than others. Anorexia and bulimia are more drastic, life threatening. And then yes, these people that want to permanently change their sex have a more severe disorder.

Getting breast implants is not even close to being the same as having your junk cut off.
