This can only mean that Mattis has changed the locks on the White House.

I have no issue with an all powerful Creator ruling over his creation, we’ll just have to wait for our Lord and Savior’s return for true peace.

Then let those partners backfill in Syria and Afghanistan. Let those partners share evenly the costs in blood and treasure of defending what the "partnership" deems deserving of defense.

Mattis sees things in a US vs Russia context. That is unfortunate. Trump understands the real world context to be US vs China. In that regard he's been quite "resolute and unambiguous in his approach."

The Donald stayed a month ago that he is a “Nationalist”. So he’s following through with it. He pretty much ran on this platform without using that term. He’s about America first. I agree that we should get completely out of the Middle East, Korea, and Germany. Let them take care of themselves, they don’t like us anyway. Just make it perfectly clear with Iran, N. Korea, Russia and China that we are changing our position from people on the ground to weapons that will really mess you up. If they do anything, we use our technological superiority and advanced weapons to respond and destroy and we will no longer put our troops in play unless we are attached on our own soil. We don’t need the Middle East anymore, we have more oil than we know what to do with. Why did we ever need the Korean Peninsula and Germany was only needed as a buffer zone from Russa. Again, let them defend themselves we cannot afford it anymore. They don’t kite us anyway!

Trump supporters attack former Trump appointee who they formerly worshipped, when he declines further participation in the idiocy.

Predictable as the sunrise.

your strawman is what's predictable. I haven't seen any attacks on the general, he decided to bolt because he don't like Trump's direction. It's the direction Trump ran on so it shouldn't be a surprise but if you ain't down with it, well, bye.

Please urge your socialist democrat leadership to impeach President Trump!

I have read it. I completely agree with him. Trump does need somebody that aligns with him and what the American people elected him to do.

He ran on ending those 2 wars. Mattis disagrees .

Happens.

Much like your faux outrage. So you are all for leaving our troops in Syria and Afghanistan with no clear objective?

Why do people keep saying this?

I think Mattis is freaking awesome.

That doesn't require me to agree with him all the time.

It's not an attack for me to say he's wrong.

I think we should bring nearly all of our troops home and do the following with them:

- Secure the southern border
- Cleanse the American intelligence community

Once this is done, we cut all government entitlements, and we start the trials for the Dems and media, etc.

The troops are here to protect us and our President.
