Sophie (last name Kutzko in reports) is currently described as 17 years old in the Massachusetts case involving her parents and the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

radio.foxnews.com

In December 2024, DCF removed her from her home at age 15. Reports from mid-September 2026 (including coverage of ongoing court proceedings) refer to her as a 17-year-old. The case centers on claims that staff at Algonquin Regional High School socially transitioned her without parental knowledge, after which the state took guardianship when her Catholic parents declined to affirm a male identity. A restraining order limits parental contact, and there is ongoing litigation over custody and proposed medical interventions (a judge temporarily blocked high-dose testosterone, with a next hearing noted for late October).

Exact birthdate details are not publicly detailed in available reports, but the ages given align with the timeline from late 2024 to September 2026. This is distinct from older Massachusetts cases involving other individuals named Sophie.

Parents are carte blanche' the one and only advocates for medical care. Not some transdyke school counselor or any counselor at school.
You're missing my point. Guidance counselors don’t make medical diagnoses. Physicians do. That’s who would have to weigh-in before the state could legally intervene.

But the story isn’t clear here. We don’t know what grounds the used. However I suspect it is on the grounds of medical necessity.

They are slick. The closer they get to 18 makes the damage done. Even if taken at 13 or 15.

She has been in state custody since 2024. It goes to show the power of the state.

Suicidal ideations brought on by diagnosed gender dysphoria (by a licensed physician). This is a standard diagnoses in cases of gender dysphoria.

And I'd safely bet you suspect wrong. No way you are this naive. They have a doctor and counsler in on it, with already placed DAs ready to go--- in stopping any legal ramifications for the said doctor.

Quick perusal of mom’e Facebook and I’m guessing there is a chance that the dad in the story might be a stepdad.

I wonder if the birth dad (if my assumption is correct) is supporting the transition.

Suicidal ideation usually predates the gender identity dysphoria.

In fact, many children are introduced to gender dysphoria by counselors who are counseling them for depression (and sometimes suicidal ideation).

Studies show that suicidal ideations increase post gender affirming therapy and surgery.

Even if you want to plow your pointed head into the sand, there is ZERO data that suggests gender transitioning kids reduces suicide risk.

So in short, if a doctor tells your son to stick his dick into a pencil sharpener, and you refuse to let him do it, should the state have the right to take custody of your child?

I'd file a $1 trillion lawsuit against the state; find the best law firm who'll take the case, then holdout for nothing less... for killing a part of my daughter.

I want a Ferrari. If I don't get it I will kill myself. Under RFK logic, the state should buy me a Ferrari

Seems that they should be suing the school counselor too. The counselor's background and sexuality should also be looked into. Probably a gay leftist and maybe worse.

The absolutely disgusting thing is, is that MA isn't the only state with these absurd, degenerate laws.
It came out during the elections that Tampon Tim signed one of these into law in Minnesota.
When they make admissions such as "We are coming for your kids" it's time to listen.
And load up.

Parents should kidnap the school counselor and tell the state, they can have her back when their daughter is returned...

So, if a Muslim father beats his daughter for refusing to wear a hijab, will state child protection services take her away?

A medical doctor understands biology and the fact that you cannot ever changer gender, sex and chromosomes. So therefore there would never be a " medical necessity" due to it being a impossible change.
