It just doesn’t make sense. I would have never expected someone who is having a personal identity issue and who is now taking medicines to increase the level of a hormone well past levels they are used to, while simultaneously using medicines to block a hormones production that their body is used to, would just “lose it” and go on a suicidal killing spree.
