Something sincere, and not the usual "I'm keeping the victims in my thoughts and prayers" which accomplishes absolutely nothing. And how about his doing something concrete about the epidemic of mass shootings in this country, like sensible gun safety laws...pushing a ban on bump stocks and universal background checks on ALL gun purchases would be a good start.

So you're okay with the U.S. being known for regular mass shootings, when other western industrialized countries make them a rarity...guess that's the price of doing business.
