Doesn't sound like just beefin to me. I could be wrong. But victims were mixed color, shots rang out in a public area near families with kids, didn't sound like chaotic spraying. Sounds to me like someone wanted to inflict max damage.

One of the big reasons that the only music festivals I attend are bluegrass and/or old time music festivals. "Cultcha" doesn't like this kind of music and is never in attendance. Oddly enough, we haven't had any shootings at these festivals, either.
