I hope they don’t FAFO.
That would be absolutely disgusting.
But, you know the Dems are planning just in case there is a tiny window they can take advantage of during the chaos.

Marjorie Taylor Green and Thomas Massie declare war on commie Mike Johnson.

You mean like pass everything the Dem Commies bring to the table
That kind of devastation is currently taking place

OR maybe you are referring to the type of devastation of allowing RINOs to resign their positions past a certain date that puts the party majority in jeopardy?

The only remote chance is if another feckless republican quits or a few of them vote for Jefferies. Ain't happening.
MTG, Massie and possibly Warren Davidson are right to force Johnson to accept the Dems help.
This is going to be interesting.

I just don't understand the point of it right now. The Ukraine money is gone. And, oh by the way, Trump helped grease the skids for that.

It’s really not though, friend. You just have a pessimistic view of the world currently, and hell that’s understandable. But it’s up to you to break outta that pattern. Where you should eventually concentrate most of your energy once you get your mojo back is the area of expectations. We’ve all heard “reasonable expectations” and that’s not because someone was trying to do is wrong at the time(s) we first heard it and subsequent thereto. We heard about it because it’s a very important concept, perhaps one of the utmost importance.
It’s on us to responsibly compute and set those reasonable expectations. I happen to think the majority of us here do not practice the responsible setting of expectations. If yours are unreasonable and unrealistic from the get-go, then before the game even starts you’re already guaranteed to lose.
And that doesn’t mean “lowering” expectations. That’s different from “setting reasonable” expectations. Good luck. Good luck to us all.

I don't understand the willingness of several on here to just accept what the GOPe does and say...oh well, it could be worse.
Newsflash...it's already worse!! The GOP in congress with a few exceptions, are not helping any of us. They just gave the Dems everything they wanted plus some and threw Biden a lifeline.

Loaing the majority in the house without an election would be one of the most embarrassing things to happen in my memory. Losing isn’t winning.
Like your GOPe did after 2016, by retiring in large numbers? Your side will do it again after this election or before if the fbi doesn't jail or jfk him.
They have already started retiring, you guys are an exposed minority on the right. You guys have p!ssed away 30, your time leading is over.

Just look at the dumb shite posted above yours
There is a portion of the party that just loves to lay down and take whatever comes with zero fight then make excuse after excuse
I want these folks to list all of the things this house has passed to benefit the Republican/Conservative party

What did Trump want him to do?
Did Donald Trump not meet with Mike Johnson to talk about how to “best” pass this funding bill?
If he is so opposed to what got passed and what Johnson did, why is he not talking about it and giving Johnson hell about it like he’s done with other politicians he disagrees with?

Posted on 5/2/24 at 7:28 pm to Bobby OG Johnson
I guess my point is, why try to take out Johnson when Trump wouldn't fight when it counted?
