Usain Bolt and Jonny Football are both measured by the same scale, whether someone has access to that or not. Our perception of what is "fast" may be variable by comparison to other objects, but not according to the objective and invariable standard we use for measurement. If you watch a football player run, he may be "fast" in comparison to other players around him, but when you watch Usain Bolt run, you know he's much faster than the football player.

However, the perception of speed is one thing, but you can actually time them both according to one standard and see which one is faster than the other, and you can use that data to compare to other observed data to show whether or not either of them are actually "fast" in an objective sense. Usain is objectively "fast" by comparing his actual speed to the measurements of other human runners. You can compare him to the measured speed of a bullet and say he's "slow" by comparison. The bullet is also "slow" compared to the fastest measured/stated speed, which is the speed of light, which is where we get to Einstein.

Speeds may be comparative, and we may use "fast" and "slow" subjectively to describe relative speeds of objects (a person vs. a bullet), but all of that can be measured according to a singular, objective standard that doesn't change (in a vacuum) across observers: the speed of light.

Morality, on the other hand, has no "speed of light" constant to measure by in your worldview of moral subjectivity. There is no singular moral speedometer to use to compare the moral "speeds" of Hitler and Gandhi to in order to say one is "faster" (better) than the other.

So again, it's apples and oranges. I hope you get it now.
