If I was a red county in Arizona, I would refuse to submit my voting data to the secretary of state until Maricopa reported.

The actual poll watchers are in the room. The people outside were not designated poll watchers.

You can’t produce results by 11pm at night on election night? In my opinion then your whole county gets tossed, and not a damn single vote counts at all.

And this is why I say they will steal it again. Absolutely nothing has changed since 2020. All the steal mechanisms used then are still in place now.

The remainder of AZ should refuse to make their numbers public until Maricopa does. Don’t let them know what number they have to beat. Let them cheat blind.

79 separate elections? Good grief. There needs to be a limit

It really is out of control. Half the measures are purposefully vague/misleading in how they're described to the point anybody with Kamala's IQ or worse is just flipping a coin.

It would be easier to just require each precinct to give the total number of votes cast in that precinct within 30 minutes of the closing of the polls.

You can’t add phantom voters to static totals.

If they just asked Fox, they'd know 5 minutes after the polls close who won.

People were taking pictures. That’s a no no. There’s private information they are dealing with.

31 year old me remembers when election results were done by midnight across the board. So fricking lame.

Actually you don’t “remember “ that. You remember network news outlets “calling the election.” Those are just predictions. In every nation election in your lifetime, it’s taken weeks to count all votes.

It's because in Arizona, they actually confirm signatures on the ballot envelopes and make sure they match the voter registrations.

Think about what other states that say they confirm signatures are actually doing? No way they are done in a day or 2 if they are doing it right..

In AZ they have a Republican and Dem poll worker look at each envelope signature and compare it to the voter registration signature on file. If either challenges it, then a 3rd person looks at it, and the ballot doesn't get counted if the signature doesn't match.

Signature verification is the dumbest shite ever but that's what most states use I guess for mail in balloting; instead of, some common sense like a voter ID # or part of SSN or DL #..

1) that’s an exaggeration at best and complete bullshite at worst

2) as a nation we have no problem spending money on useless endeavors, how is it acceptable that elections run by states who delegate duties to counties take weeks to tally? are there not enough people to count the votes? is there some secret formula to basic addition that prevents certain counties from counting efficiently?

Maricopa county and Tarrant county have similar populations. the latter will have 90% of their ballots counted before midnight. the other says they need 2 weeks

what’s the difference?

Add to that 20 ballot issues, paper ballots, a couple million ballots, and for many states a prohibition against counting mail in ballots or early voting ballots until polls close on Election Day.

It’s impossible to be done before you go to bed.

Didn’t they remove Republican poll watchers by-in-large?
