Is the issue their ability to read the vote OR the fact that it could be duplicated ballots?
Or that the ballot was printed on paper not allowed by statute?

The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed all of the correspondence between Fann and the auditors and all of the internal documents of the auditors. Fann and the auditors fought the subpoena. Why would they do that if they didn't have anything to hide (doesn't that sound familiar)?
The power to establish, implement and enforce election laws rests with the state- and the state can tell the federal government to kiss their arse and gtfo.
However in this case, i think the state should just respond to the oversight committee that unfortunately, all of the requested records were on a bathroom server at Fanns house that was accidentally wiped clean.

CLAIM: Maricopa County received 74,000 more mail-in ballots than we sent.
I have no idea, if this is true or not. But their fact checking doesn’t even address it. The compare the early vote to the mail-in vote. But the claim they are arguing against only addresses mail-in votes.

Since you’re intent on believing that Fann et al all have something to hide, why hasn’t Maricopa released the routers yet? Do they have something to hide?

Because it truly is NONE of their fricking business. Your ignorance is astounding.
Why don't you explain how it is none of their business.
This was a federal election and the dumbasses in Arizona turned the ballots and election equipment over to a private incompetent 3rd party.
I remember all you hayseeds screaming about how all ballots in federal elections have to be retained for 22 months after the election.
That doesn't count anymore?

It's really as simple as that. The problem with the ballot doesn't matter.
Wrong paper, illegitimate

I don't know. They might. Their explanation as to why they wouldn't turn them over was pretty convoluted.

Because the Constitution of the United State of America was ratified by the states and part of that agreement is that the STATE LEGISLATURE has control of their election process, not the US Congress.

This was a federal election
Ran and controlled by the State Legislature. We do not have a federalized election system.

Arizona turned the ballots and election equipment over to a private incompetent 3rd party.
No. They turned it over to the proper authority. The Senate.

That's correct. The reason for it being held for 22 months is for the protection of election integrity. Specifically in this case, the governing body ordered a forensic audit.
They took applications and hired contractors who actually have gov background work in their fields.
The person the Senate appointed over the Forensic Audit is a former Sec of State who runs the election process for the State Legislature.
Any more questions?

Clear Ballot Group.
They have a mail in voting software administration system that is EAC certified and used in 8 states. In their bid to the Arizona Senate they represented that the firm has conducted more than 200 audits over 13 years in business.

Don't be an arse. The Senate then turned them over to a 3rd party.

Don't be a jackass. Ken Bennett, the former AZ Sec of State is serving as the Arizona Senate's liaison for the Maricopa County election audit. The liaison, jackass. Logan runs the audit process.

More horseshite. Logan hired the contractors that have been working on the audit.

I think we’re talking about different kinds of audits. They have experience doing audits where the accuracy of counts tabulated by machines is being questioned. But the Arizona audit has a completely different remit. I don’t think the Clear Ballot Group has any experience investigating fraudulent registrations, fraudulent votes, or fraudulent vote counting/reporting.

I agree on texridder but we all need to let threads like this dis on TD and not have its’ headline close to top of our poliboard
That’s what our enemy wants is to have negatives on Maricopa headlines and read
Let this thread die and don’t respond to it

Thank you for getting the correct information out to us. It's pretty sad that fact checking has become a full time job.
Bias is so easy to spot
The problem is we all have it.
We just want the truth to be evident and indisputable.
