CLAIM: Maricopa County received 74,000 more mail-in ballots than we sent.

FACTS: In Maricopa County, we allow people to vote early in two ways: 1) by mail and 2) in-person at Vote Centers. These are all considered early votes.

The people who vote in-person use ballots provided at a Vote Center. This is not a new practice, so it's not unusual that we would have more early votes than mail-in ballots sent.

In addition, the EV32 Returns & EV33 files are not the proper files to refer to for a complete accumulating of all early ballots sent and received.

CLAIM: There was potential over-voting due to ink bleeding through ballots.

FACTS: If bleed through happens, it does not cause an over-vote. Elex officials program certified tabulation equipment & design ballots w/ offset columns to ensure these ballots are counted accurately.

This accuracy is verified through logic and accuracy tests, hand counts performed by the political parties, and post-election audits performed by EAC certified voting testing laboratories. #SharpieGate has been debunked already.

Again, I was very alarmed and intrigued when I logged onto TD this morning and saw evidence presented that showed there were almost 80,000 more early votes than ballots sent. I thought I was finally a witness to a legit fraud case.

But this very logical and sensible refutation by Maricopa county put the issue to bed.
