I don't think this is selling the president out. I'm not concerned about "mail in voting" in Florida either. The GOP controls the state voter registration offices which control the county level offices. Florida will be fine.
It's the Democrat controlled states that are a problem.

It's not very specific as to what about mail-ins he's not worried about. Isn't a thing in FL? If it's not, maybe he's not worried it will become law?

DeSantis veto's on last day of waiting on his desk and probably not enough time for override. IF it is even possible to get it to DeSantis in the 1st place. Especially since Governor can order shut down of the state legislature during Emergency.

Remember the debates the stark contrast there was between Trump/Cruz/Paul and the rest of the field over foreign policy and the military. That is where the line was drawn during the primaries in my mind.

This is just false. Local Supervisors of Elections have enormous power over the ballot process. If they want to ballot harvest and “find” trunkfuls of Biden votes they will.

We already have mail in voting here in Florida. I have lived here over 3 years and have used mail in voting in every election.
