That's a little more nebulous. They could either love the fact that it's happening, or be expressing "love&prayers". Hard to say.

That said, I don't doubt that many Muslims are chuckling or celebrating, as this is an iconic Christian building being burned. Probably gives them some sort of eschatological tinglies.
