The Muslim country with a population nearest the mean is Egypt; I underestimated when I said "hundreds of thousands" of Christians; it's closer to 20,000,000.
There are nearly 20million living Christians in Egypt, a Muslim country. Why would I be dead but they get to live?

I was in Marrakech when the USS Vincennes shot down Iran Air Flight 655 over the Persian Gulf. Imagine that the Haggia Sophia were burning in a similar fashion. I doubt that many Muslims would be so jubilant.

Whether the country endorses islam as it's state religion is kind of a moot point, when infidels are having the shite beat out of them, they are unable to own property or a business, or are being killed, isn't it?
