Open to lowering the Filibuster threshold to 55 votes.

If he’s “open” to it, then the Dems can just do it. It only requires a majority vote to change Senate rules. Harris can break the 50-50

Not really. Senate is split down the middle .even if it did go to 55 it would take more than him and Sinema to kill one.

Don't you think if HR-1 was as all-fired bad as so many of the comments seem to portray it as being, it would fail on its own merits?
