No one said that fat boy conspired to kill anyone. He does however hang out with people who do. And where and why is Ryan Routh planting all those Ukraine flags? Also, who knows for sure anymore if any photo is legit? With photoshop and AI, a photo can be fabricated or doctored. I want to see proof and corroboration this photo is not a fake. In any event, I'm not surprised if it is real. With Hitlery and Soros also being awarded, PedoJoe is likely to give an award to Satan, too. Edited to add that I hope Trump rescinds these awards given to Hitlery, Soros, and this guy.
