The one Jbird posted specifically does not do this. In this scenario, you'd be selling the property and wouldn't own it regardless. The law only deals with to whom you may be selling.

She completed a B.A. in Growth and Structure of Cities at Bryn Mawr College in 2010. Weaver earned a M.A. in Urban Planning from New York University's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service in 2014.
Bryn Mawr is a private school with current undergrad tuition at $67K a year.
NYU Masters current tuition along with books, room and board at $83k per year.
Anyone with a degree with a Growth and Structure degree should be serving coffee at a Starbucks. If you have a masters in Public Service you should be downgraded to making coffee and cleaning up puke at a shitty dive bar.

I’m of the opinion that the NYC socialists should successfully pass legislation there that allows them to terminate property rights of free people for no cause other than socialism.
That will be a red line for NYC wealthy Jews. That wealth will be thrown at talented Jewish lawyers and law firms. That fight will go hard at the socialists and precedent will be set.
Would it be a wake up call for the Dems like Chucky and his voters?

I can see it, too. To start, any spare bedrooms MUST be offered to anyone who needs it. “Welfare” checks ensue to ensure compliance.

Just so you know, that's a tomato/tomato scenario.
"Private property rights" are seen as Western/colonial which = "White Supremacy". It's all the same thing conceptually for them.
