and Ben Crump finna get them a check. Absolute no self reflection. The same biological mother who failed to raise her daughter, wants to blame everyone but her own damn self, and some weakness pandering pricks are going to pay her arse for it.

Daily Mail

quote:

Ma'Khia Bryant's biological mother 'plans to SUE' as family blame foster system for failing daughter, 16, after she was shot and killed by police

quote:

'Someone has to be held accountable. The family just doesn't want this to be another senseless killing that goes under the rug and gets overlooked,' Torrence told Insider.
Angela Moore, Bryant's foster mother, told CNN on Friday that two of her former foster children had showed up to the house to to celebrate her birthday when they fought with Bryant over the tidiness of the home.
'It was over keeping the house clean,' Moore said, who was at work when the shooting happened. 'The older one told them to clean up the house because 'Mom doesn't like the house dirty.'

Your child is in a foster system and SOMEONE needs to be held accountable

Imagine losing a child and within a week you are already discussing litigation.

What a terrible way to go thru life.

Imagine, too, getting that money and spending it on “wants” and enjoying a lifestyle due to your child’s death.

The question I can't find an answer to is why this girl was in foster care in the first place?

You knew this was going to happen when they released the interview with her mom on the same day the shooting happened. She was trying to hide how giddy she was because she knew she was going to sue the shite out of someone and get (at least in her estimation) lots of money. At the end of the day, Ma'Khia's parents failed her. Not the police. Not the foster center. Her parents.

They had custody of her, and so I just feel like the foster parents, and everyone in the foster system that was involved, failed her in that regard.

Makes sense to me. She need's to sue the maker of the knife, just touching it brought the debul out in her fricked up kid.

I'll answer this question like this: How many rocks do you think her mom can buy with 27 million dollars?

I'm starting to think there may be some kind of kickback deal going on, with some of these local officials in some of these settlements.

Let the media fan some flames, some protesters show up, burn some shite and loot, officials start trying to appease and strike a deal with the sorry arse family. Easy money.

If she wins, can we collect “raising her child” fees back for the foster care system?

She should sue herself and the obviously dead beat dad for failing their daughter.

The mom started a gofundme the day her daughter died, before it was taken down.

Pure class.

If I were CPD I would not settle for any amount. I would make Crump take it to trial. Make that there is a bona fide verdict. Then if there is a verdict in favor of the plaintiff...appeal it. Make sure that fukka is eating through a straw in a medicaid nursing home before his arse gets paid.
