You seem to be struggling with reading comprehension out of rhetorical convenience.

I’ve listed what passes for her resume multiple times. She was appointed to run an agency for the blind. That’s it. I just don’t believe it’s anything that would justify supporting her as a senate candidate even before you get into her families history of not actually voting MAGA/AF.

You on the other hand haven’t even made an attempt to justify her resume because you can’t. If you had an argument you wouldn’t base it on mischaracterizing mine.

Dude, he's one of those MAGA NPC posters. Whatever Trump says or wants is not to be questioned.

Oh I’m well aware.

When pressed they just make some 5th grade comment to rationalize the fact they can’t justify their own position even to themselves and run away from any real debate.

It’s not unprecedented for either party.

I agree.

Doesn’t make it the right approach for the MAGA/AF right.

Is that what Lindsey was? He’d have been reelected-if he hadn’t passed.

For as long as he wanted .

the fact that Trump put her there, and that's all NPCs need is for Trump to tell them what to do.

I bet they'd vote for her even if she had a Nazi deathshead tattoo. Or took money from an actual, flesh and blood Nazi financier. Or married her brother. Or went on tv bragging about holding up a Ukrainian aid package to demand the firing of a prosecutor for looking into her family bribery scheme.

Doesn’t mean anyone who is AF or MAGA should’ve been happy about it when he’s sitting at a 44% rating from TPUSA.

MAGA just defended him because Trump loved the guy.

I don’t know the woman but you arguing qualifications for congress is such a stupid argument when we have a highly moronic Congress already. I guess SFP would be more qualified since he’s a lawyer, huh?

Cute, but inaccurate. Historically speaking and depending on the state, Governors appoint the replacement until the next election; she was appointed. When it is time for the election, THEN there will be a primary (unlike with Joe, Kamala, and Maine senators), selected by the state with whatever endorsements she may get.

And...based on recent (and ancient) history of both parties, are there really any "qualifications for office" to be in Congress?

I'm guessing you supported Hillary since she was the most qualified.

Jesus you two sound like fricking democrat women. Lacking some serious self awareness.

So you're just making shite up like a progressive. I bet you think men can have babies too.

You are definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed.

It has been mentioned here several times about the candidates Trump backed and their records in the primaries. Sorry if facts hurt your feelings.

We have horrible Rep candidates going into the midterms, all supported by Trump. Letlow has a worse voting record than Cassidy, but MAGA voted for her.

I bet tide06 would want Massie as a Kentucky senator if Mitch dies even though there’s been a primary already.

Then vote for whoever else puts their name in.

Not thinking we need people with actual qualifications in order to be backed for senate is how we end up with people like AOC. If you’re there without qualifications it’s because you’re a puppet for someone else who will be telling you what to do.

I’ll let you guess at who those people were for Miss Lyndsey.

If you’ve built a business that is a qualifying experience that would begin to build a resume for senate.

If you were a successful congressman with a conservative voting record that would be a qualification that would begin to build a resume.

This woman has nothing to speak for her abilities and has done nothing to suggest she would advocate for AF/MAGA positions and therefore I’m opposed to her.

You’ve yet to explain why you support her.

You realize he publicly backed her for the spot moving forward right?
quote:

Support for Full Term (“Moving Forward”): On July 17, 2026, Trump posted again, saying he had personally asked Nordone to run in the special GOP primary (scheduled for August 11, 2026) for the full six-year term. He gave her his “Complete and Total Endorsement,” calling her a “spectacular person,” “true American Patriot,” and “WINNER all of her life” who would honor her brother’s legacy. He urged, “RUN, DARLINE, RUN!”

Her brother should’ve been primaried years ago and only Trumps inexplicable support for him over the years prevented it.
