SIMPLY THE BEST FOLKS! Again common sense that only someone like us could bring forth.

FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, ARE YOU LISTENING U.S. SENATE(?), NO MONEY IN THE FORM OF FOREIGN AID SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ANY COUNTRY UNLESS IT IS DONE AS A LOAN, NOT JUST A GIVEAWAY. IT CAN BE LOANED ON EXTRAORDINARILY GOOD TERMS, LIKE NO INTEREST AND AN UNLIMITED LIFE, BUT A LOAN NEVERTHELESS. THE DEAL SHOULD BE (CONTINGENT!) THAT THE U.S. IS HELPING YOU, AS A NATION, BUT IF THE COUNTRY WE ARE HELPING EVER TURNS AGAINST US, OR STRIKES IT RICH SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE, THE LOAN WILL BE PAID OFF AND THE MONEY RETURNED TO THE UNITED STATES. WE SHOULD NEVER GIVE MONEY ANYMORE WITHOUT THE HOPE OF A PAYBACK, OR WITHOUT “STRINGS” ATTACHED. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SHOULD BE “STUPID” NO LONGER!

This is similar to what China does. They loan money to "developing" nations and then sell them substandard infrastructure products, then lean on those nations when they can't repay. Not sure how you can repay when the infrastructure doesn't work to bring in the revenue to pay it back.
But China has them by the short ones.

Exactly right!
Then debtor nations cozy to them.
Clearly we’re missing something

Trump is batting .1000 these last few days - American are taking note
1. Deportation army - hell yes !
2. nato members have to actually pay their fair share - hell yes!
3. And now no more aid - this is how he wins

They have to sign over those resources to China if they can’t pay.

Go watch his speech on this - it's just meaningless words. He mentions forgiving the loans, unlimited term, zero interest...those are gifts, AKA foreign aid. There will be no change. Hard to believe anyone falls for this stuff.

Meh. I don't foresee China actually sending their Army to Africa and Latin America to collect.

Copy/paste and keep it going!

Africa will always win in the end. China has outstanding loans all over the world, many of which will eventually go into default. They don't have the military to send all over the world to physically secure the collateral.

China is not building faulty projects when they know they may end up with them as collateral, in other instances yes, but not the ports, airports, and roads.
They often use the chinese railroad construction company for these projects (not just rail as their name implies). The Inter Monetary Fund, the bank that helps distressed countries when no one else will, has stated they dont want to work with a country that is dealing with CRCC because they are sooooo corrupt.
They usually go to some corrupt leader, offer them a bribe of say 20 mil, for a project of a billion, that is worth 500 mil, and when the corrupt leader leaves, he leaves with the 20 mil and his country swimming in debt.
