I cannot wait for the soon to be input from it and Hank. Moth to a flame to both. But, word to the wise, make sure in any responses to Hank you use good grammar, spelling, and all in all, make sure you are not illiterate. I have heard that is a pet peeve and violations should not be tolerated going forward!!!

Maybe I’m in the minority here but no way with all that planning and precision that Team Trump didn’t have this all mapped out.

There is a purpose behind all this and we just don’t yet know to what end.

There shouldn't be 92 year olds deciding anything about anything.

The very best in shape 90+ year olds I've ever known are still grappling with noticable cognitive decline.

Soooo, prediction time. This 92 year old Clinton appointed Democrat judge will say that Trump WAS is violation of international law and turn Maduro loose.

So is this a US federal judge or an international judge (no such thing)who interprets international law? Would seem a US federal judge shouldn’t be allowed to base a decision on something not in alignment with the US Constitution and US law.

From back a few years, I know. However, they could have him indicted in a friendly jurisdiction and brought him there. NY could then request to try him afterwards.

He was assigned it in 2020.

Because this was an ongoing case against Maduro.

So this answers why the case is in NYC. Been wondering why it was there.

This judge has a lot of experience with these types of cases. Probably his swan song, if he doesn't croke prior. How he doesn't want bias against Trump on a case like this to be his legacy.

And you dare not criticize any of his mistakes, either. He doesn’t make them. He’s working with a busted keyboard, you know.

The most appropriate movie quote for this dickwad - 'The colossal prick even managed to sound magnanimous.'

Well he can be the judge that insures that this Venezuelan continues to reside on American soil, or should I say a prison cell on American soil

In the latest episode of the Deep State circus that’s turned our justice system into a bad joke, a 92-year-old federal judge appointed by none other than Bill Clinton back in the ’90s has been assigned to oversee the high-profile case against Venezuelan socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro in New York.

Okay.. Trump supposedly got record federal judges approved during his first term as POTUS. Where did all of these judges go? I seems that all cases that are not USSC are some democratic appointed judge.

“ This makes no sense.”(quote imjk).

Exactly. Trump has something up his sleeve, and it has to be related to a move on the corrupt Judiciary. There is no other logical explanation.

The oldest federal judge at this time is a 97yo Reagan appointee.

Of the active judges born in 1945 or before, 16 are GOP appointees and only 9 are Dem appointees.
