I'm not keeping up with it but the wife is. She said the compelling argument is that there are no photos of Mrs. Macron under the age of 20. If she was a boy in her youth those photos could have been destroyed when he changed to a her.

Daily Mail has an article with pictures of her as a kid but you can't really tell if it is her or not.
