I hate how they are saying that she was an EMT and Gaige Grosskreutz was a paramedic. Just a quick search will show that both of them were not currently registered as an EMT or Paramedic anymore. The fact is that the media is trying to garner sympathy for people doing criminal acts or associating with criminals.

This is pretty thin evidence. I have some work acquaintances that have been under surveillance for their connections to drug dealers. I’ve never smoked a joint. But I’ve ridden in a car with them and been on the phone with them dozens of times. Should my house be raided?

It’s “yes” when it’s someone else. Especially someone who doesn’t look like them.
It’s “no” when it’s us.

100% true, but they are also very effectively redirecting people to argue about mostly irrelevant character flaws as opposed to discussing the actual relevant facts of the individual situations.

It is hard for me to get hung up on whether Taylor was then working as an EMT when it was the execution of what sounds like an unnecessary no-knock--or perhaps poorly executed--knock and not announce warrant leading to a hail of bullets. Such warrants are dangerous and frequently unnecessary.

Except that the lawyer mentions it in every sentence. Why? They know that EMTs have a much higher public perception than arse-wipers. I’m being overly pejorative about it. But it’s the truth.

Bingo. It is the attorney's job to garner public sympathy any way he can. In an ideal world, media outlets would hold people accountable for the actual truth. In the real world, the media cares about the most clicks, not the most truth.

But that’s not the evidence, they had the bank records the cell phone and they saw the drug dealers taking packages out and going to the drug house.
Could be horse shite, the judge didn’t think so.

I'm not sure why this keeps getting parroted. It's simply not true.
It's because the media and huge celebrities like Lebron James and all those NBA players who constantly talked about this while in the Bubble kept saying over and over and over and over that the police went to the wrong house because the drug dealer was already apprehended and lived 10 miles away. When enough people said it, it just became accepted as fact.

The bank records where an ex boyfriend had his address on the account as her address. And the same for the cellphone. There was nothing else besides that.
The postal service investigated Breonna’s address for suspicious packages and found nothing. I’m guessing that wasn’t in the warrant.

I’m not even sure what that would mean.

Yeah. Me neither. But the police said she was receiving suspicious packages. What does that mean?

They will lose most of their money, to attorneys, suing each other to see who gets the bulk. Greed always wins out

Yall all keep parroting the stupid fricking line "that doesn't mean she deserved to die". Like paint chip eating morons.
