Help me understand this. Are they holding out until August so they can seat one of their three establishment choices? And are they scared if there was to be a special election a more conservative would win? Or that it could be a democrat?

The Dems will keep him voting no matter what condition he’s in.

This frickin' place is off the chart irreverent and ruthless, and very funny. It's the best and I love it. No wonder Google gives us a downvote. I plead Guilty.

Crazy how this is going to keep on happening because 70-80yos can’t end their political careers and go the eff home

If they hold an election now, I’m assuming Barr would win, then Thune would not have an excuse other than his own desire to not pass the save America act.

If they keep the heart monitor beeping with electricity, they can apparently wait until November, making sure the save act doesn’t pass and rigging of the elections full on.

I think Trump will declare an emergency and force votes to reconcile with a ‘citizen database’, which he may be able to do if they can show foreign interference in 2020.

Not sure how I feel about having a database of citizen voters though. We are at such a desperate juncture that it’s needed. No doubt hackers and dems would exploit it in the future.

There must be protocols addressing this scenario. Trump should make phone calls to see that due diligence is asserted and get that RINO off the back of Senate activists. Assuming there are any.

Spoke with someone in Louisville. Speculation is that Massie wants to go after the seat. They may be trying to avoid giving him an easier path.

A braindead senator should be able to do his job just fine.

Joe was braindead for four years and was, umm…you know.

And I’d still take him in a game of Trivial Pursuit over 2/3 of both houses.

Yeah, he clearly has bigger ambitions than a mere House seat. It’s what got him voted out.
