Use Tesla as example. Tesla runs similar factories in Shanghai and Fremont.

Yes and Chinese exports to the USA were roughly $435 billion in 2024 or roughly 2-3% of their GDP.
Their GDP economy might suffer, but more because of their stupid real estate development decisions instead of the tariffs we assign.
