Russian propaganda will blame everything on Ukraine, because they have a huge task trying to spin themselves as the good guys. After all, it is the Russians who invaded and it is the Russians who are raining artillery down on population centers in Ukraine. On the other hand, the Ukrainians don't need any fake events to portray themselves as victims of Russian aggression. That is the objective fact.
Without the invasion by Russia, there is no war. This is all on Russia.

Fair enough but by that logic Ukraine could torture or execute enemy POWs and commit war crimes, like using hospitals to house troops, and they’re off the hook according to you.

Quite obvious you did not read the article that was written by an American film maker. Even the NY Times backs up this thought with their sources. Just because someone points out something that Ukraine may be at fault with does not make it Russia propaganda.

Good...the Bible speaks of making wise choices all throughout the Bible. So does Darwin. Both sides agree to not chose poorly if you have intellect. God rest his soul but pointing out bad decisions is not anti-Christian. For the most part, that is what I am reading.
