You act like you've never seen a state called when the polls close. It happens for Dems and Republicans every Presidential election.

They called Vermont for Bernie when the polls closed.

They didn't call it immediately. Brett actually commented on it, saying he was surprised they couldn't call it at poll close.

You're misremembering. Most southern/great plains and northeast/west coast states were called the instant they closed in 2016.

This burying of the Bernster is a tad premature. If he wins CA convincingly, that will make up a lot of ground for his flailings in the South.

Exactly. Same for TX.

If he wins CA decisively, which I suspect, and wins TX, that pretty much shuts the Joementum down.

the early polling numbers I've seen from Texas is going to have it come down to the wire.
