I saw a clip of this POS defense attorney go off in court.
So the judge allows him but in public he is gagged?
I also saw the defense attorney filed for the holdout jurors phone to be seized?
No one watched this it seems they were too busy giving Jack Smith cover...

Don't know, but Clancy's lawyer said he won't be ready for a new trial till Nov. (may be in one of the links above but I can't get X). How much new work does it take when you already presented a case and done as much research as needed for the trial?
