Not so fast there, Daily Mail.

Grosskreutz has a felony on his record. His right to carry has been revoked.

All the more reason he got what he deserved.

So daily mail considers a skateboard being used as a club to be "unarmed." Amazing when you read these stories and you know the facts, how their subtle manipulation of language puts a totally different narrative into a reasonable person's mind.

Also, I am not sure what the volume of shots have to do with it. I was taught if you unload on a person, you empty on them in a life and death situation.

Only honest comment in that article and it was Lin Wood who said it.

Very few articles say anything about getting clobbered with a skateboard.

The shooting of the skate-punk was clearly in self-defense since the attacker used his longboard as a bludgeoning weapon. As to the first killing, many claims have been made that Rittenhouse killed an unarmed man when he shot the circus side-show midget. Yet if someone attacks your person while you are in possession of a firearm, that too is a life or death struggle.
