While true in a behavioral sense, I would suggest that the loons that got hard over the California Wildfires make up a smaller % of the Republican base than the % of Democrats cheering on kids dying in Texas.

Comparing them as being one and the same doesn’t compute for me, as I would say that is a false equivalency.

They're more than just internet loudmouths. They're out there in society, unhinged and unashamed, every day. I saw a small group of these people in Tulsa yesterday, on the corner of 71st and Memorial, waving a "frick TRUMP" flag and looking like idiots. They were trying to get people to honk in support but the whole time I saw them there (and I swear it on my life this is true, stereotypes exist in a reason) I only saw one fig looking he/she in a Prius drive by and honk. Ignoring them hurts them more than anything. It's the proper response because they don't deserve attention, but I also think, "how far will they go" when ignoring them finally breaks them? And should we really choose to just keep being the better people, when these assholes are just begging to be throat-punched?

They hate you. They hate us. They hate America. They're "the party of peace and love" but they only want violence and hate. It's coming. They're going to be the ones to start it. All we have to decided is, when they do start it, do we let it go and try to remain the better people or do we give them the bloody reckoning they deserve and give the Establishment exactly what they want?

Guess we'll cross that bridge in time. But there's zero doubt, we are headed toward violent conflict. Be vigilant.

Buddy, I don’t keep a log of crazy shite I see on here and it is completely disingenuous to expect it to be a bit for bit analogue. But there are many out of pocket posts on here about no name liberals and you’re lying to yourself if you think otherwise.

The point is we have become a very callous, divided, and spiteful people. We’re all guilty. I have been in the past. It ain’t a red/blue/green/yellow thing. It is a problem with many people in this country across all stripes.

I draw the line at children. That’s my line.

Do doubt dancing on a child’s grave on Twitter is a low point. Maybe one day these people will reflect on the poison they put on their own soul.
