re: Liberals using Charlie’s 2A position against him

Liberals argue any topic based on feelings. Charlie argued based on logic, reasoning, and conviction.
I have absolutely no doubt that Charlies positions would remain the same even if he had known how his life on earth would end.
Because he argued what was right. And he knew that righteousness rarely ends with a "happily ever after." At least here.

It's not to disparage him, it's to point out he was one of the unfortunate deaths.

Using his words to promote his views while thinking that they got a gotcha

That 2A excerpt was cut short & taken out of context. I don’t care what the issue is, or who is the presenter, this type of BS pisses me off and let’s whomever is on the other side of the argument know you don’t have a good case
What Charlie is saying here is it is a calculated decision, and deaths are inevitable in the same way deaths will happen with vehicle traffic. The Pros far outweigh the Cons. And more people die from vehicle crashes than guns each year yet those idiots aren’t calling to ban cars

Charlie saying we will inevitably have gun deaths as long as we have 2A but it’s worth it to protect all our God given rights.
He’s right.

Facts and F'tards are forever strangers

A simple question for these anti- gun libs would be” there are somewhere between 200-400 million firearms in the legal possession of US citizens. What is your proposal?”

It is everywhere bot repeated like it was preplanned.

He was right. If the state can use deaths as a rationale to eliminate one of your rights then the state can use deaths as a rationale to eliminate all of your other rights too.
These people are just too small minded to look that far into the future. They just think that saving one kid's life is worth handing every single thing that allows you to live freely over to authority forever.

"get rid of guns or we will use them to kill you".

It'd impossible to be a gotcha. That's what mags the left so dumb. It's what Kirk believed and he was willing to give his life for that belief.
Hes an example of how far people should go when it comes to morals and beliefs, and what they truly mean.
