People not blinded by the most grotesque aspects of statist dogma would assume that the term "terrifying," when it appears in the same headline as "abortion," refers to the bloody and literally inhuman(e) practice itself and not to those citizens who think that practice barbaric and fundamentally incompatible with a free and just society.
So, you believe it is “statist” to keep government OUT of an individual’s reproductive decisions. Doubtless, you consider it “anti-authoritarian” for government to force women to complete a pregnancy they do not want.

OK

more conservative Supreme Court

Nope.

Roberts has been cucked and replaced Kennedy.

Need to get RBG replaced to make it solidly conservative

there shouldn’t be any exceptions that late into it

there are such things as non-viable fetuses...I've been there...mother nature can be incredibly mean...

I do agree that a 20 week ban and born alive bills are a much better strategy because 6weeks is much harder to defend... hell some women don’t know they’re pregnant at 6 weeks

Dude, you can oppose abortion all you wish. After a certain point in fetal development, I even agree with you.

But to claim that OPPOSING government intervention in so-personal a matter is “statist?” That is a position so stupid as to actually defy comprehension.

The mistake the left has made is to become pro abortion. Instead of allowing a choice during the first two trimesters it has become in favor of free abortion on demand as some healthcare choice like it's no different than getting a mole removed.

I'm as left as you can get, but they've overreached. They should be advocating for a system of childcare and healthcare that makes getting an abortion a rare but legal occurrence
when fricknuts here thinks you've gone too libtard you know it's bad

No, you fight to save children from being slaughtered.

Not let them keep being slaughtered in an effort to gain some political upperhand or score meaningless political points.

Enough to where they give Unplanned the "R" rating, and somehow its promotional accounts "just happen" to "disappear" due to "technical glitches".

Is the objective of the anti-abortion movement to outlaw all abortions in every state? Or is to repeal Roe and let each state have their own most likely different abortion laws?

Louisiana Senate Bill 184

quote:

SB184 "it shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly perform an abortion with the specific intent of causing or abetting the termination of the life of an unborn human being when a fetal heartbeat has been detected. "
