I stamp all.of my $20s ... I do about $800 a month or so in just twenties, and I stamp each and every one of them. Just paid the HVAC yearly maintenance guys in nothing but stamped $20s today and they loved it.
Hundreds of them floating around in SC that I've stamped. But that's not one of mine, the one she showed.
I always stamp mine upper left just above the White House because the arrow points down and to the right dead center into the White House that way.

I hope she does spend the shite out of them. That helps economy and passes the bills to another lefty lunatic who will spend rather than save. The stamps are going to add 1% to our GDP when it’s all said and done. Keep spending them lefties!!

eta...so some people don't get mad at me...switching from back camera on the phone to front camera (face facing) reverses the view.
