I don’t think they took it too far at all. I think they saw and diagnosed exactly what is going on in our society (perpetrated by the same perpetrators, even) and sought the appropriate solution. Never forget that they didn’t start it, the Marxists did to their society what is being done to ours. If anything they are a lesson in what can happen when leftism runs amok for too long: the ordinary man on the street will turn a blind eye to even industrialized genocide to set it straight. Let’s take care of this problem before that is the only solution available to us

When this ideology takes root there comes a point where genocide is inevitable and the only question is who is left holding the gun. If we don’t start taking back our civilization and winning the culture war then we are on a collision course with violence

bullshite. The two examples are not anywhere close to the same. An all powerful dictator and brownshirt enforcers are the opposite of American right wing philosophy. Your example is much more comparable to left wing idealism.

You missed my point.
Hitler's government didn't start off as a totalitarian dictatorship. It started out much more conservative in response to the stagnant government remnants left by WWI. It evolved into what became the Nazi Party and SS.
I'm not comparing anything about post 1939 WWII Germany to modern American conservatism, nor would I.
I'm simply saying that a swing in one direction can morph into a landslide in a perpendicular direction. Remember 1990s-2000s LGBTQP crap, "We just want equal treatment. We don't want to force our lifestyle onto your kids or TVs. You don't have to bake us cakes. We just want to be able to marry our same sex partner, not have drag queens read stories to your pre-K kids."

I used to think that people wouldn't defend the murderer of their child just because he was black or illegal. Leftists have no problem turning their little sons into girls and removing any ability to grow into a normal adult.
It would not surprise me one bit to see them once again sacrifice their children on the altar of progressivism. I'm sure there will be some happily bragging on Facebook about how their special 11 year old is so advanced by being in a relationship with a 30 year old.
Most people won't support it, but the leftists that control the media, hollywood, and big tech certainly will. Most people don't support trannies and mutilating kids, but here we are.

Yep, and don't under estimate the "principled conservatives" who will play along, and defend it as small government and invoke William F. Buckley while doing so...and how Republicans need to grow our big tent!

I'm not taking about media when I say monumental backlash. I'm talking about hardline right wingers executing people in the streets when they find out they had sex with a child and everyone in the neighborhood will say "I didn't see anything"
