Let's Kill FISA.

The feds will never give up that power

probably the most obvious lawless thing happening in this country. if our reps cared, they would already do something about it, though.

Is there a single GOOD story about FISA and what it may have prevented? Never hear anything positive about FISA courts

Mentioned this and several other things to my congressman this morning. He is on board and I have no doubt he will push it but he was very up front about the state of Congress when it comes to stuff like this as well...

I don't know if this was a FISA thing per se, but I thought it was disgusting how many people were on the unmasking log of the transcripts spying on Flynn.

you mean the administrative device that allowed them to almost remove a president with little to no pushback?

Yeah, they're gonna keep that tool in their bag no matter what.
- even if it means using it against lawmakers who want it stripped
- even if it means using it against journalists who want it stripped
- even if it means pushing/forming false flags to justify keeping

(oh, they'd never do those things... right?)

A simple provision that any American citizen that is, under surveillance, unmasked, or otherwise spied on MUST be publicly disclosed not less than 30 days from such action, and have MANDATORY repercussions with NO discretionary enforcement, staring at firing, fines, and criminal charges etc for failing to make disclosure.
