There was a footnote in the Durham report, I think, where Brennan made a note to himself that they were aware the Clinton campaign was putting together a dirty tricks operation. I think that was a CYA move.
The only glimmer of hope is Kash said something in his interview with Rogan they found a secret room full of stuff that may be relevant. Matt Taibbi just wrote two pieces on this.

No way that’s happening. There is a justice system for people on tigerdroppings and one for people like Comey and Brennan. We would get crushed doing half of what these people do. Comey and Brennan are getting off with not even a slap on the wrist.
