It's just an observation

Not one I'm particularly passionate about

I disagree. Trump can be highly entertaining

Eh if you're easily amused maybe

I do find some of his commentary slightly funny or entertaining but I wouldn't consider going to a rally to watch him stump being a really enjoyable form of entertainment

Seriously at that point you've basically reduced yourself to your political biases if you think something like that is so entertaining. frick that. That's basic shite.

But you are a winner for posting this dumb shite about about political rallies on TD. Ok.

I could be a total loser for all you know

There's no "could" to it...

Except that your observation is the opposite of correct.

All you have to do is take a scan of the crowd at any one of these things. Loser central. It's usually republican/democrat superfans.

Your OP is strongly worded and suggests otherwise.

Obama was worshipped like a religious figure by the Democratic Party and its supporters.
Certainly true, but I can think of nothing bearing a closer resemblance to a Trump rally than a Billy Graham revival.

Right. Cheerleaders of team red and blue. Not people that I would ever aspire to be like.

Hell just look at the comical interviews outside of these rallies. Most of these people know frick all about what they actually purport to support.

Well since you seemed to have misunderstood it I've already clarified it for you.

Anyone that has posted over 141,000 times to a sports forum may be considered a loser to a lot of people, just sayin'

This is ridiculous. Those who do not align with either major tribe are the Americans MOST likely to be thinking for themselves.

Korkstand, Pecker and Stout are three poster that I wish would post more often. Good to see all of them in this thread.

Unfortunately, all three post for a while then disappear for a while.

Hey Powerpuss, I've never been to one, would like to go.
But to me, the people that do go, are demonstrating to the liberal Anti American fricktards, that they are not just going to roll over, we gonna fight for our country !
And that sentiment, is growing larger everyday, i feel great about that !

And the posters that I consider to be the dumbest on this forum will uniformly disagree with this proposition.

I get what you’re saying OP. It’s basically people actively seeking out propaganda which is a bad place to be. Most don’t realize or would admit that’s what’s going on though.

Now we have angiehank trying to do the same but he has already proven too many times he is a partisan hack for people to fall for it.
You are mistaken.

You can choose to disbelieve me, but I have NEVER voted Dem for POTUS, and VERY seldom for statewide office. The last time I voted Dem in a federal election was before Phil Gramm changed parties.

I admit that I like being a contrarian to some extent, but I have NEVER argued a position on this forum that I do not hold. I admit that I CHOOSE to argue the topics on which I disagree with the majority, because I find “me too, I agree with you” pep-rally threads to be BORING.”

I usually stay away from the poliboard. When I do come here it's usually just to stir up shite because the posters here are easily flustered.

I actually lean right on a lot of issues, but I mostly share my left leaning ideas here because it's more fun. So of course I'm prog filth.
