Definitely not happening either. The goal with all of the audits has to be forward looking. There is nothing to be done about 2020.

Unless Biden is impeached (not happening) or resigns (not happening) nothing will change. Even if he's impeached or resigns, Kamala Harris is your President. There just is no Constitutional provision for what happened here. I don't think anything like this was ever comprehended by our founders. If it was, their stance probably would have been "a sovereign people must cherish and guard their franchise". It is up to us to protect our sovereignty and to punish those who would usurp it. We failed to do that in 2020 and in 2021. It is our duty not to repeat the failure.

I'd hope DeSantis and Abbott would lead the way in rejecting all federal bills until 2024 and election restrictions are in place. Just bc we cant overturn the election doesnt mean we have to allow these crooks to govern us.

I believe it’ll start relatively small but protests will take place then larger ones will start being seen . Rallies will take place with politicians to get their faces seen . Trump will of course wait until momentum is growing . Then I think it has a good possibility of getting people angry on both sides , hopefully anyway . Then with a bit of luck enough info can be shown that even what’s left of the middle of the road population will join in the battle for this republic

I'm not naive. Biden's DOJ and the democrats in Congress would not accept the declaration of a null and void Presidential election. In which case the electorate would be left with no other choice but to revolt. That revolt would not necessarily mean an armed revolt, but certainly widespread protest, including work stoppages.
Having said that, I'm not certain the indulged American electorate would go for that. Unfortunately America has been so indoctrinated by the MSM, our so-called radicalized institutions of higher learning, and Hollywood they would just let the corrupt democrats get away with the theft. IMO the almost constant trashing of America by these people (MSM et al) is designed to do one thing - convince the American electorate that America is indeed racist, evil, and therefore the electorate must "grin and bear it".
I hold a very dim hope that America will survive this election theft (and it was a theft) as a Representative Constitutional Republic. IMO America is moving towards a Socialist Marxist Venezuelan / Cuban Model. With all the disaster that would entail.
Really sad when you think about it.
P.S: One more thing. You folks realize this Biden consorting with the globalist to impose a 15% tax on corporations (including multi-national corporations) doing business in America is illegal, right? Let's not be fooled here, that tax will be passed on to American consumers. So in effect what we have here is taxation without representation. Think about it.

The Founders also never expected that a political party would collude with legacy media and foreign governments to subvert the will of the people in the theft of a Presidential election, so how would it be in the Constitution?

We the people are the ultimate check in the game of checks and balances. But, we kept giving inches in the arms game. So here we are.
And! We are all in check to our system. Its too cozy to actually do anything about it. Something like 75% of the signers of the Declaration ended up dead or destitute by the end of the revolution. Go to your local country club if you are so lucky. You really think 75% of the dads and moms in that place would be ok with being dead or broke 7 years from now for anything short of the government flat out putting people like them in forced labor camps? No. the answer is no.
So these scumbag politicians can keep selling us out to China because they know with 100% certainty they will never get strung up for their crimes.
