Finally at least something she believes; no men in women’s sports? Is this true?
Indicates she is a state champion; is she a singles state champ or Team state champion? Just curious.
What is Fleming’s take on this?

I don’t remember her saying a word when JBE was governor
He was pushing it and even vetoed a bill

According to the interwebs - neither.
Google AI overview:
quote:
Congresswoman Julia Letlow is not a sports state champion. Instead, she is an American politician and academic administrator who made history by becoming the first Republican woman elected to Congress from Louisiana. The phrase "state champion" regarding Dr. Letlow stems from her political platform, where she has been described as a "state champion" for conservative values, educational reform, and the fight to keep biological males out of girls' sports.

Her internal polling must have her worried.
I don't see how she loses though.

This is from google AI
quote:
U.S. Representative Julia Letlow (née Barnhill) won a state track and field championship in the long jump while competing for Ouachita Christian School in 1998.

I do agree that Letlow has the edge. I just wish Fleming would win. I just have a deep suspicion that she will end up stabbing MAGA in the back the first chance she gets. If she does though. The person to blame is the person that endorsed her.
Vote for Fleming! The real Maga politician.

Fleming missed a golden opportunity to focus on how she is a loose cannon/liability.
Senators aren't crowned like this without favors attached.
Oh well, another career politician is born.

I agree. Fleming should have been blasting the airwaves that Letlow is just another Cassidy. The crazy thing is that is I see Fleming signs all over the place, but no Letlow signs. You can tell which voters are more passionate about their candidate. Fleming should have capitalized off of it.

Shows a picture of her running track when she was younger giving an impression she was a “ state champion “! Misleading as hell. If she is going to manipulated that what else is she that being fully truthful about! Maybe she was. But I don’t truth her.

Wow, what an easy, risk free thing to say. She must be super conservative.

Fleming’s campaign died with that cringe worthy treadmill ad where he was wearing a headband.
Then turned into a dumpster fire with the dead husband jab.
On top of that, he’s the worst La state Treasurer of my lifetime.

What exactly has the state treasurer done to effect your life so deeply?

Has she done an ad yet wearing yellow chest waders and holding a .22 rifle pretending to be a duck hunter? I hate political season ads.

Her internals must be horrible!
I’ve witnessed a month of attack ads on her behalf on YouTube! And her campaign’s ads are just puff pieces of her supporting nonissues that 90% of Louisiana’s voters support.
My strategy for the first primary was to vote for the number 2 candidate in front of Cassidy to eliminate him! That was Fleming at the time.
I really didn’t know anything about Letlow or Fleming then. I’ve researched both since, and I’m heavily leaning Fleming. To misquote an ex governor, “unless he’s found with a dead girl or a live boy in his bed, he’s going to win.”

it's true
1998 Class 2A state meet (outdoors): 1st in the long jump, 4th in the triple jump..........Ouachita Christian girls finished 2nd in team scoring
my source is newspapers.com
but I'm not voting for her

Look men don't belong in women's sports, but there are probably 10000 things more important for a senator to do then focus on that. If she was running for state rep or senate, sure, but she's not. Who actually let's this persuade them enough to vote for a candidate over?
