A few things:
The state of NY did put in a legal budget of some millions to "defend public servants", so they didnt specifically say her.....just coincidence.
The father as a husband, the statute of limitations has run out on that one.
The "primary" residence in DC is in direct conflict of laws of NY that say the AG must live in the state.
Another poster mentioned she claimed that the loan was regarding 4 units when it has been surveyed and documented as five. I didnt think this was a big deal, but the poster (love this board) said it takes it to commercial if its five units and a different set of guidlines and mortgage.
They have subpoena so now they get to dig into ALL her financials. Im certain there are a lot of campaign finance and other shenanigans yet to be discovered.

did cross state lines so wire fraud, federal. 5 years (I know from experience)
