Yes she did. They pulled this off very well. Problem is, they forgot about the power of the Internet. Now we need a DA with some courage to gather the evidence and pursue conspiracy charges.

I still think that it is more likely than not that these characters were just shadowing a loudmouth (BGM) in hopes of getting juicy footage, as opposed to some over arching conspiracy, and that things took a nasty and unintended turn.
But I am more willing to consider the conspiracy angle today than yesterday.

But the intelligent people understand the difference between a gap and a ghost image. Several frames contain two images of Keltner. I am curious how that occurred.

I would be interested to know your theory, on how they would consider him a loudmouth, at the time that they began to follow him. He was just leaving the event that he had attended.

It appears that they interviewed him earlier, and it certainly would not have been difficult to deduce that he might be causing problems later. Someone certainly seem to have caught several earlier confrontations on film and video.
If I were a producer hoping for a promotion to reporter by getting a juicy bit of video or interesting story, he is certainly one that I might follow around.

The other two were following Lee Keltner. This is shown multiple times as well.

Yeah, there are a lot of coincidences happening, in a short period of time. On top of that, all the similarities to other tragic events.
