right, and if he were licensed and bonded he would still be in deep doodoo because he did everything wrong for someone who is there as "security" to protect his "client"

Speaking of Standard American English, can you please interpret this statute for me, counsel?
quote:
Deadly physical force may be used only if a person reasonably believes a lesser
degree of force is
inadequate and:
(a.) The actor has reasonable ground to believe, and does believe, that he
or another person is in
imminent danger of being killed or of receiving great bodily injury; or
(b.) The other person is using or reasonably appears about to use physical
force against an
occupant of a dwelling or business establishment while committing or
attempting to commit
burglary as defined in sections 18-4-202 to 18-4-204; or
(c.) The other person is committing or reasonably appears about to commit
kidnapping believes a lesser
degree of force is
inadequate and:
(a.) The actor has reasonable ground to believe, and does believe, that he
or another person is in
imminent danger of being killed or of receiving great bodily injury; or
(b.) The other person is using or reasonably appears about to use physical
force against an
occupant of a dwelling or business establishment while committing or
attempting to commit
burglary as defined in sections 18-4-202 to 18-4-204; or
(c.) The other person is committing or reasonably appears about to commit
kidnapping

Maybe he "identifies" as a security guard.

We still don’t have the name of the subcontractor that Pinkerton didn’t use when 9News didn’t hire them.

Dolloff thinks he is defending his charge, by stepping into Keltner's path. Keltner thinks he is protecting himself from Dolloff by hitting Dolloff. Dolloff thinks he is defending himself Keltner by unholstering his weapon. Keltner thinks he is defending himself from Dolloff by aiming and deploying his gas. Dolloff thinks he is defending himself from Keltner by discharging his weapon.
I see those as reasonable interpretations of the available facts. You disagree, apparently believing that Dolloff set out that morning to "kill hisself some Nazis" or some such nonsense.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion.

OK

You mean 9news hasn’t leaked their Pinkerton contract yet?

quote:I cannot even laugh about this farce anymore. A father and grandfather is dead today and no one is going to do anything. He went solely to show support for law enforcement, was baited into an altercation by a professional instigator from the Left (who had already attempted three times earlier) and he managed to disengage only to be shot seconds later by Leftist "security guard" all for a carefully scripted photo opportunity. And Hank says "Such is life."
We still don’t have the name of the subcontractor that Pinkerton didn’t use when 9News didn’t hire them.
I cannot even post what I am thinking right now. A very dark place.

NO AFFIRMATIVE MALICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why would that be out of character for Dolloff?
Why would you give him the benefit of the doubt, especially after seeing his insane Social Media posts?
What special insight do you claim to have that makes you think that it isn't possible?
His posts indicate a pretty unstable mind at work.

You can. But there’s no immediate danger to the news producer which would warrant Dolloff killing Keltner. There’s no immediate danger to Dolloff that would warrant Dolloff killing Keltner.
So what’s your next stupid argument?

Incorrect. Not even close.

You don't have to, we have a mind reader on this thread.

Hank says "Such is life."
I said "such is life" about the fact that two people can interpret the facts differently, NOT about Keltner's death.
His death is the tragic result of a series of bad decisions by both him and Dolloff.
Sometimes people die, when neither actor was evil.

There’s no contract. Why Pinkerton is playing along is beyond me.

There was no defending. There was only instigating. Multiple times over. And you are too willfully obtuse to concede.
Congrats. His blood is on your hands as well.
Such is life you bastard. I hope someone shows you some non-affirmative malice one day as well.

What blows my mind still is the last three people victim had contact with before his death all knew each other. Again how does that happen?
Posted on 10/13/20 at 11:28 am to the808bass
The Pinkerton lawyers, if there is no contract, must be doing once last CYA with all involved there just to make sure.
If there is no contract, they have to drop that hammer back on the news channel ASAP.
Your baby, you rock it.
