I think the thread title is correct in spirit.

ETA: Better have a CCWP for Colorado in addition to licensing and bonding as security staff. All of this is going to come under intense scrutiny during the trial.

That's not what it looked like in the video. It looked like some trash talk, followed by a slap in the face, which triggered the shooting.
Demonstrations/protests expressing views for or against a particular issue are legitimate. Setting fires and destroying property are not part of demonstrating.
