Pinkerton needs to set the record straight here was he sent out on a company mission or was doloff freelancing?
The charge is murder #1 for doloff and rightly so, but does it go much deeper and was this an assassination and how many others are complicit in this capital crime and can they be charged in Colorado or can Federal crimes be brought forth if communication for the crimes crossed state lines?

So what do we think is the truth here then? Hired by 9 news as journos friend, goes out there with little clue about use of force, gets humiliated and bitch slapped for all to see in broad daylight in populated area, draws and opens fire immediately? Even someone without any security training has to see that’s a terrible idea. I feel there’s something more to this we don’t know.
