Fivethirtyeight had an article recently on all of the things the left believes about the right that aren't borne out by statistics, and then likewise all of the wrong things the right believes about the left at large. Pretty interesting if you like reading about psychology, groupthink etc.: Democrats Are Wrong About Republicans. Republicans Are Wrong About Democrats.

Civil rights legislation should be Revisited because just cuz you name something a thing doesn't make it that thing.
