This is a case of a very young person trying to impress his gamer friends. Some of the TS stuff looks pretty routine and frankly because it describes theater not operational actions isn’t as usable by the Russians. Units also move over time so all of this stuff loses its value quickly. Yes, the young man f@cked up. He will get hammered. He is basically like all of us. A nobody in the system. Where are the charges for the SCOTUS leaker? Where are the Hunter laptop charges? They hate us. What this airman did was dumb and deserves punishment but it pales in comparison to other leaks that have happened and nothing happens to those people except they just get to keep taking more and more taxpayer money.

I don’t know how current that picture is but that’s someone who either has under 6 mos in service or has been busted all the way down in rank.

Sounds like a lot of it was some loser trying to get put on a pedestal by the members of his online group for knowing secret things they didn't.
Per a guy in his group, he got pissy when the other members of the group didn't acknowledge the stuff he was posting. A bit of a narcissist by the look of it.

A 21 year old racist, gamer, right-wing weirdo is somehow awarded top-secret security access, including access to a SCIF. That's hard to believe.
He goes into the SCIF, copies Top Secret material, then absconds with it from the SCIF, likely on several different occasions, and with perhaps hundreds of pages, completely undetected. That's really hard to believe.
Despite severe consequences under the UCMJ (10 yrs breaking big rocks into little rocks) for stealing TS materials, this cat then photographs the documents, and shares the photos on a tiny, closed network of teen gamers, all while sporting an easily trackable user profile. That's really really hard to believe.
Am I missing something?

Nope, that's pretty much the story. I don't have a problem believing a 21 year old would do something dumb. My problem is believing he was able to steal all these documents in the first place. Either his base has really crappy security or something else is going on.
