Good.

May this start an encouraging trend.

8 members of an Antifa cell that attacked an ICE facility in Texas were sentenced to a total of 450 years today on terror charges today:

Benjamin Hanil Song - 100 years
Maricela Rueda - 70 years
Cameron Arnold - 50 years
Savanna Batten - 50 years
Zachary Evetts - 50 years
Bradford Morris - 50 years
Elizabeth Soto - 50 years
Daniel Sanchez - 30 years

The militant far-left Antifa extremists were sentenced for their roles in an armed attack and riot at the Prairieland ICE Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas last July.

The group rioted outside the facility, vandalized property, used fireworks and shot at officers to stop deportations of illegal migrants.

Those are murder 1 sentences. Looks like someone is setting an example and I'm all for it.

Did Daniel roll over on the others to get the reduced sentence or did was he less involved?

Why no death sentences? Seriously

These are adults trying to murder government officials.

It’s terrorism.

In a less “civilized” country they would have executed

As I suggested in another thread, yesterday, on this same subject, leaflets need to be dropped onto any crowd of these ICE protestors with the names, crime and sentence with the very clear message,

"Do not interfere, physically impede or strike a federal officer. You will be arrested. You will be charged in Federal Court and you will be held in a Federal holding facility. You could face up to 100 years in a federal prison."

If I'm the casual kid who fell in with the wrong group, it might be enough to give them pause. A change of heart might happen if they realize how big a risk it is that they're taking with their miserable, no hope and directionless lives.

Fantastic, they should have gotten multiple life sentences.

This also shines a light on how insane it is that Karmelo Anthony only got 40 years for murdering Austin Metcalf in broad daylight.

It should be death penalty and expedited to less than one year from now.

They were said to shoot at ICE. Maybe SFPAI can tell us if any of the shots caused disability?

Not sure about Daniel maybe he was Elton Johns brother?

Everyone knows that they are not going to serve that long.

I mean look at song. Since this is federal prison he is eligible for supervised release after 85 years.

Rueda will be eligible for supervised release in less than 60 years.

I am willing to bet when they were larping, they didn't expect prison time. But thankfully since it is federal prison, as i said they only have to serve 85 percent of that...
