Considering the vast majority of her voting base pay zero taxes, at least she contributes something.

Whenever I get discouraged about my financial situation, I read stories like this. Then I feel much better.

Really representing her voter base

Her comments are tailored exactly for her voter base. When the most complicated thing you do is use a SNAP card or go to a payday loan place, people with any money at all are a mystery.

Love that a person in a tax funded position has not been paying taxes since 2010. Let me break this down for you. She was then elected to manage a multi millionaire dollar budget for the city. You can’t make this shite up. The Democrats in New Orleans elected her bc of her skin color and affiliation plain and simple. There were issues brought up around her corruption during the election that they ignored.

Attorney in the Public Defender’s Office.

He was in court a couple of years ago (about a week or two before LaToya’s election) discussing something with a sheriff’s deputy when a rolled joint fell out of his coat pocket. The deputy arrested him on the spot. No kidding, it actually happened.

New Orleans always gets the government it deserves. I love living here, but am in awe at how much the city can't get out of its own way with these horseshite politicians.

Any talk of disbarment?
Lawyers are not supposed to be arrested, and keep being lawyers.
Is the Bar another institution corrupted by Democrats?

As a side note, being a resident of the Baltimore suburbs, I hear writing children's books pays well.

People that are sitting on their asses and on govt aid programs are very sophisticated in working the system. They know exactly how many chirren and hours they can work so as to maximize their free money.

They also plan their living arrangements meticulously to get section 8 subsidies , often having baby daddy living in and owning the section 8 house, but claiming he lives in his momma houz.

Her base is uneducated but smart in the ways of getting the govt cheese.

I never heard anything following up.

It’s New Orleans; he’s the mayor’s husband. I seriously doubt he even lost his job.
